An energising snack for any time of the day! Perfect to grab on the go, keep a batch in the freezer for busy days.

Total time: 20 minutes
Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free
1. Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften.
2. Add all ingredients except coconut flour to a food processor and blend until a ‘dough’ forms.
3. Roll into golf ball sized balls, coat in coconut flour and pop into the fridge or freezer to firm.
