Recipe: Mango Macadamia Nicecream

Creamy tropical ice cream for breakfast.

Fruit and nuts, balanced to energise and satisfy for hours.

 

Serves 1

Total time: 10 minutes

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 heaped tbsp vanilla plant based protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk 
  • 1 nectarine
  • Handful fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp macadamia nuts, chopped

 

Method:

  1. Blend frozen fruit, protein + almond milk until super smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon into a bowl.
  3. Top with chopped nectarine and strawberries, hemp seeds + macadamia nuts.
