Recipe: Falafel Wraps

Quick, filling and delicious.

Who doesn’t love a good wrap?  You can fill it with all your favourites and pack plenty of salad in there, for a nourishing and satisfying lunch.


Serves 1

Total time: 10 minutes

Vegetarian and vegan option, gluten free option, dairy free, refined sugar free



  • 1 whole grain wrap, gluten free if needed
  • 4 falafel (homemade or store-bought)
  • Handful of lettuce, baby spinach or mixed greens
  • ½ tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
  • Handful of grated cheese, or vegan cheese alternative
  • ¼ avocado, mashed
  • (Optional) other fresh or roasted veggies of your choice



  1. Prepare all your filling ingredients.
  2. Assemble fillings down the middle of your wrap, then wrap it up and enjoy!
