Which start group should I choose?
We suggest choosing a start group based on your estimated finish time listed above. If you want to run with family and friends, it’s best to work out a similar pace and enter the same start group.
Does everyone receive an event t-shirt?
T-shirts are included as part of your registration, but sizes and quantities are limited. Be sure to get in early to secure your size and check your measurements on the sizing guide carefully as you won’t be able to change your t-shirt size.
How/when do I collect my event pack?
Your participant pack will be available to collect from HBF Run for a Reason Pack Collection between Mon 18 May - Sat 23 May.
How do I get to the start line?
There will be special train and bus services that will run on event day to get you to the start line on time. These are free for participants, simply show your participant bib to jump on.
Keep an eye out on the website as we will be publishing transport options and road closures closer to the event.
Is running through the tunnel bad for my health?
No it’s not – it’s a favourite part of the course for many of our participants and it’s adequately ventilated. The tunnel will be closed to traffic well before the event commences to ensure that all car emissions have cleared.
