Prepare for this year’s HBF Run for a Reason with eight weeks free training run by HBF Fitness, starting 1 April. With 17 outdoor locations and four group fitness levels to choose from, it’s never been easier to turn your reason into reality.

Four levels to choose from

Participating in HBF Fitness sessions are a great way to be properly prepared for the HBF Run for a Reason. Whether you are walking the 4km or running the 12km, there is a structured program designed to help you improve your strength and endurance so you can achieve your distance.

Walking

Low intensity sessions at selected locations designed for beginners preparing to walk the 4km at the HBF Run for a Reason.

Beginner

Low intensity sessions designed for beginners preparing to walk or run 4km at the HBF Run for a Reason.

Intermediate

Medium intensity sessions designed for those preparing to run the 4-12km at the HBF Run for a Reason.

Advanced

High intensity sessions designed for those preparing to run the 12-21km at the HBF Run for a Reason.

New Walking program for the 4km and 12km distances.

Join the new Walking program at selected locations. Suitable for people who are new to exervcise, don’t enjoy running or prefer walking as a form of physical activity. Low intensity exercise in the form of group walking sessions. Suitable for people training to walk the 4km or 12km distance in this year’s HBF Run for a Reason.
