Get motivated at our free Conan Training Sessions!

If you’re planning to take part in the HBF Run for a Reason on Sunday 23 May 2010, but you’re not sure where to start – we can help! Thanks to Conan Fitness, we have a series of free weekly training sessions to help you prepare for your run.

Where: The Esplanade, Perth CBD (in the Alf Curlewis Gardens).  We meet near the Planetarium Pyramid on the Esplanade. Look out for the HBF Run for a Reason Trainers.
Who: From beginners to advanced, everyone is welcome!
When: Monday and Wednesday nights from 5.30pm to 6.30pm for the nine weeks leading up to the HBF Run for a Reason.  Please arrive at 5.15pm to allow time to fill out the medical disclaimer beforehand.
The training will go ahead whether it's rain, hail or shine!


What to bring: Please bring a bottle of water, towel and wear clothing that is appropriate to exercise in. 
Where to park: There is very limited parking along the Esplanade.  If you require parking it is recommended that you park at the Terrace Road carpark or the Convention Centre carpark.
RSVP: There is no need to register, just turn up!

Each session will be run by experienced trainers from Conan Fitness.  They’ll provide you with expert advice on training tips and stretching routines, and answer all your questions. 

Prior to commencing the session you will be required to complete a brief medical disclaimer.  To assist us with commencing the sessions on time, you may like to complete the form prior to attending and bringing it with you.
